cider takes the back seat

I'm thankful for HOT APPLE CIDER!

My Nursey Sis flew in to visit for Halloween.
We spent Friday evening curled up in front of the television watching
The Great Pumpkin!
She bought Pumpkin Pie and Apple Cider!

Then on Saturday evening we drank more hot apple cider and watched Hocus Pocus!

Sunday both my sweet sisters came met up with us again to spend Halloween together.

I've been missing Mom and Dad since they've been away on a trip
and just having my sisters around hanging out makes me feel less lonely.

I love you guys!

Okay...so I'm changing my mind as I type this and I'm INSTEAD going to say:

I'M THANKFUL FOR MY BEAUTIFUL LOVING SISTERS!

No offense Hot Apple Cider!

Hugs,
Mo

Some Gratitiude

I really wanted to participate in Tessa's awesome Attitude of Gratitude!
Basically, everyday you post about something you're thankful for.

Easy peasy and makes you feel cheesy ;)

See?  Cheesy already!

Well, I missed yesterday, so I'll have two things today!

Firstly, I'm thankful for having a job.
I know MANY people unemployed right now and I pray for those going through difficult times.

Years ago when Hubby and I started a family I was in Nursing School and we found ourselves without any income for our family because he'd lost his job.  It was so stressful, especially since we were just starting out in life.  But, we were reminded of how strong and important family is.  They were ALWAYS there and they told us not to worry.  In time...though a very stressful time....we got back on our feet.

Second, I'm thankful for my wonderful Scrappy friends!  Thank you so much for taking time out of your life to visit my blog.  It touches my heart everytime I see a comment from you all!  I've learned so much from each and everyone of you.
I love you all!

Muah,
Mo
